Okay so I have gone everywhere looking for this, I've done all the digging I possibly can on things like internet archive with no luck. I hope you guys can help with this because I have been searching for this for years and it won't leave my mind.
When I was younger (in like 2003-2006) I had multiple VHS tapes and they were just black with no names or anything nor do I know where they came from. Now I think about it I don't know if they were taped over from a TV show because one contained music videos from UK bands and one contained Piglet's big Movie.
There was a VHS tape I had and I will try and describe this to the best of my ability. The summary is it was an Aesop's fable; The sun and the north wind, but a real life story telling within the characters, and from what I recall the sun / wind were drawings or poor animations.
The entire room in the scenes were just white. I do not remember if this tape was British or American but I am from the UK so maybe that could help. Before it started I am pretty certain the narrator was a black woman and I remember her wearing a pink button up but I am still not sure if that is something else or a false memory. She narrated the entire thing and only showed up at the start and end.
There was a bed surrounded by the white set and a coat hanger with a coat. He got up to go outside and took his coat, to where the sun and wind animations/drawings come. Ofcourse he starts freezing and then starts sweating when the sun and wind start arguing over who is stronger and more powerful. It was a long coat (black) and he was also wearing a hat that flew off I remember that part.
More than likely this tape is from the late 90s or early 2000s. The only animated/cartoon part of this is the sun and wind drawings, the rest is with actual people and real life props.
I hope that is explained clearly and I'd appreciate any help. Thank you
