Probably shouldn't even count but one of my favorite YouTuber's, Chuggaaconroy, had an old series where he used a camcorder to record parts of Pokemon Platinum. I saw somewhere that it was "lost" when really he had just unlisted it when he did a new series on Platinum. Playlist was still public, though.
That completely "what were they thinking" 2003 commercial with science class skeletons that love creepily getting milk at night to flirt with other skeletons. I know this sound made up but this was very real and I managed to find it only this year after ages of searching for it, as the terror it left on me since I first saw it at 3 years old and never left me with anything other than questions and a desire to find something that would only be uploaded on Youtube in 2020 : forums.lostmediawiki.com/thread/8323/searched-milk-commercial
The first piece of lost media that I found on my own was in 2017. After a day or two of searching through hours of footage of Tokyo Game Show 1999 I found footage of the cancelled Playstation game Eternal Chain. I informed Unseen64 of my findings and they added the video to the page about the game.www.unseen64.net/2016/04/04/eternal-chain-playstation-cancelled/
Found two versions of Bonzi Software's Voice Email 3.0, one for Microsoft Mail (Microsoft's oldest E-mail client software before Outlook and Windows Mail) and one for Netscape. Found this while looking through the ISO contents of the Warez CD Alkey #11 on Internet Archive which was uploaded by pascal_of_irate, while the Netscape version was found in the MMM February 1996 Warez CD that was uploaded by the same uploader. Also Intruder Alert '99, which seems to be an early version of InternetAlert '99 also by Bonzi Software. Also found this while looking through the ISO contents of the Warez CD Gold Utils #078 on Internet Archive which was also uploaded by pascal_of_irate.
Oh and also on a side note, another IA user found the first version of Bonzi Software's InternetBOOST product, InternetBOOST '98. There's also this file for the second version of InternetBOOST, InternetBOOST '99 which was found in the Overdrive #3 March 1999 4 Disk CD Set that was also uploaded by pascal_of_irate.
As far as all the other Bonzi Software go, that's basically it, all the other are lost to time due to an unusual method used by the installers of the company's programs which required the Bonzi Software servers to download the files which of course no longer exist.
Also the lost software programs of Bonzi Software also should have its own page for this Wiki as well.

I rescued two music videos from Christian Country Girl band "Red Roots"(Who rebranded to Taylor Red in 2018 and removed their old Youtube channel and all of their videos) using the Wayback Machine.

That one show on Netflix about chickens: A.K.A. Chicken Town. I didn't remember much of it outside of the theme song, though I will say that the CGI is just as bad as I remembered it looking!: www.youtube.com/watch?v=kx3piFkmSr8
Just try to watch it without feeling like you're watching Foodfight: The Series.
I’m currently looking for the English and Japanese dub of the little twins. In my research, some of my sources mentioned a aribic dub of the show. So I serched “the little twins” in aribic on YouTube and the whole 13 episode aribic dub was there.
I almost made a post asking if "fun time" by dj quads remixed an actual 30s song and then decided no they probably just wrote it to sound both 30s and modern. Yesterday I heard the 30s version and it's solved. It was "please don't talk about me when im gone". the only thing I still don't know is what version was used in Fun Time because there's lots of covers.
I had a foggy memory of some video I watched when I was younger about a game that I've never seen anyone talk about. I searched for years and couldn't find anything...but one day I got lucky somehow, and the video actually popped up. It was Ihascupquake's "Candy Mountain Massacre Revenge" series...I don't even remember why I wanted to find it so badly, it wasn't anything particularly interesting.
