In the Portuguese Wikipedia there's an article for a Brazillian comedy movie called "Que M... É Essa?" (which would translate to "What The F... Is This?"), apparently released in 1989. Said article can be found here, and it is also listed on IMDb (not the same link listed on the Wikipedia page; that one leads to a 404 error). Thing is, it's either not available anywhere or is very hard to find, as all I could find were the previously linked pages, along with some other sites that just reprint Wikipedia articles and unrelated results.
Since it's very short, I'll translate the article here (sorry if there are any mistakes):
Que M... É Essa? is a 1989 Brazillian comedy film directed by Bruno Garcia and Marco Hanois.
Summary: An archaeologist arrives at Recife in search of relics from the Maurício de Nassau era. Her discovery turns into an international case in which even the ONU is forced to intervene. A local university suggests that the discovery should be kept in Pernambuco.
Both the wiki and IMDb pages also list a cast, but there isn't much info related to this movie I could gather with that. In Virginia Cavendish's Wikipedia article, it states that she plays the role of "Tania's sister" in the movie (the reference is a dead UOL link, so clicking it will redirect you to the main page), so at least we already have a character name.
Since I don't have much time (as I'm writing this, it's already pretty late), this is all the info I could find at the moment; maybe tomorrow I could dive in a little deeper. Also, it's not really important, but the context on how I even found out about this is: there's this streamer I watch, and one of the rewards that can be bought with channel points involves him sorting a random Wikipedia page for you, then he'll say if you were lucky to draw a "rare card" (= an interesting page), or a "common card" (= a boring page), one of the pages sorted was that one, and here we are. It's probably not even a good movie, but I'm just really curious to see what it actually is about, maybe even if it's bad it could be one of those "so bad it's good" movies. If someone finds even just a small clue that could help the search, please leave it here!
