UK PSA about water and electricity that scared my friend.

I am making this post for a friend, recently she started thinking about this PSA from when she was 7-8 years old that scared her as a kid when she was in year 3 (2nd grade) and she told me what she remembers from it.

"okay so for context, in year 3(/2nd grade for you) our teacher made us watch this PSA about how electricity and water don't mix and it scared me so bad that i burst out crying while watching it -

it was about this boy who stuck a knife into a toaster and got electrocuted, this being that looked a lot like the typical depiction of the Grim Reaper showed up and there were these furby-like creatures that were hanging around electrical equipment and there was this one bit where the being knocked one of those creatures into a sink full of water and the creature ended up turning into something evil and demonic-looking"
