So ADWSS isn't in existence, and I want to make a thread.

I have to ask- is it like an unspoken rule to never make another thread that regurgitates an old one (let alone ADWSS)? I'm just asking so I don't post my thread proposal and immediately have it deleted by the admins (who I really admire BTW.) Thanks, Rain.
