Hi just joined, have read the site on and off for a few years, have been working on archiving videos of US protests/politics/covid on and off since the US declared State of Emergency back in March. Joined because my hunt for archives of some privatized livestreams has hit a wall, but wanted to make sure it'd be okay to write an article on them before I spent too long working on it.
The livestreams in question were filmed January 5th-6th in Washington D.C. by a YouTube livestreamer "Villain Report" and cover the night before the Storming of the US Capitol and the day of. Villain Report also livestreamed several other events during 2020 including November and December's "Stop the Steal" Rallies in DC, the December Oregon capitol storming attempt and various other right wing protests/rallies (I have an incomplete archive of his channel with videos from October-New Years Day, but failed to get a full backup). A few days after the storming he privatized his entire YouTube channel, the only video currently available is a motorcycle riding video uploaded earlier this month. One of his Jan 5th videos is included in the Reddit archive, along with some clips from other streams.

There are a couple reasons I wasn't sure if an article would be welcome on the site: how recent it is, the fact that the videos aren't deleted just privatized (and could theoretically be restored), and the fact that there are thousands of other videos of the Capitol Storming from other sources. I could instead write about his full channel if that would be better.
