I'm looking for a cartoon whose trailer I saw in 2004-2008. But most likely I saw it in 2005-2007.
I live in Moscow. On that day, the TV channel "Euronews" showed trailers of two films and one cartoon. This program still exists under the name "Cinema". Most often they talk about European festivals. For example:

Well. I vaguely remember the animation style, but I think it was like Aku no Hana (2013) or Kemonozume (2006).
The only thing that I remember very well (and that even scared me) was this scene:
I definitely remember single desks. And it seems that all the students were in uniform. It also seems to me that they did not speak English.
So. School class. The boy is sitting on the penultimate desk. There are two other guys sitting behind him. Apparently, the bullies. In the middle of the lesson, they start stabbing him in the back with a pen. Blood stains slowly appear on his white shirt. The camera shows it point-blank. He tries not to cry out in pain, because, as I understand it, he is an outcast in the class. The teacher asks him a question, and he stands up with a bloody back to the quiet laughter of the bullies.
I don't remember anything else at all. I forgot about it for many years, until one day it popped into my head. It's definitely not my imagination, because I remember being both terrified and mesmerized by the scene at the same time. It was probably the first violent scene of my life.
