It's been an while since my last post. But I wanted to find out on another series on puppetry, but this time in our friends at the North, Canada. There was a show that aired on CBC called "Amigo & Me". The show was created by Cheryl Wagner, and Robert Mills, the same people who worked on The Big Comfy Couch, and Ruffus the Dog. Anyways, it stars a little girl, played by Alexandra Lai, and Amigo, puppeteered by Fred Stinson. Starting it's airing on October 5th 1999, there were 65 episodes produced (58 episodes in season 1, and 7 episodes in season 2), and aired nearly everyday (except for season 2 in which it aired once or twice a week). For some reason, the only found media we have was the intro and outro, and some photos. As of now, the show hasn't been aired for nearly two decades.

So many Canadian shows I didn't know were lost. I have the intro in my Canadian tv playlist:P I barely remember the show itself. But I'm sure I did watch it at least a few times though by 2003 Cbc was not the channel of choice it was Treehouse so I probably didn't see it often.

Very interesting. Are there any other shows you remember watching, and are now lost?

None that come to mind that haven't already been talked about. Aside from a couple shorts I've yet to positively identify. This is a playlist I made of all the shows from my childhood from Treehouse, Teletoon, Ytv, etc if you watched any of these channels in the 90s/2000s this playlist will probably tug at your nostalgia strings. I don't know how many of them are considered lost or rare now but I know a few of them definitely are and wouldn't surprise me if the majority of them are. Amigo And Me's theme song is on the playlist btw check it out! youtube.com/playlist?list=PLUZC0Gk2eG5gyzeYgcDwbK0c-Y13T6NuD
Edit: I also put it together shortly before the stupid Youtube Kids update so thankfully I was able to put a lot of children's shows themes on the playlist:)

That’s so weird that the first season had so many eps and the second so few. I think the same thing happened with that “Me Too” series (which had a second season that only aired on Sunday mornings).
Btw, is it possible the “Molly variant” of the RS logo could have been shown here?
