I don't know much about this one at all as I don't speak Hebrew, nor even read it. Apparently this aired in Israel, presumably around the 1990s if the art style tells us anything. I found a thread about the show where someone apparently had tapes of it, & the intro to the show can be seen online, but that's about all I can find of it. Here's the intro sequence: www.youtube.com/watch?v=QHNcTkhWJ4U We're probably never going to get far into this one thanks to the language barrier, & I honestly can't find any info on who produced it, but by some luck I found the audio in higher quality: www.youtube.com/watch?v=lbotrMtTRBA I swear to humanity, it's hard to tell which one's the boy, & which one's the girl thanks to their similar faces. The red shirt kid might be the boy, the blue shirt kid might be the girl, or perhaps the blue shirt kid is a femboy. We'll be lucky to get more info on this show at all honestly considering how obscure this is.
Why are you using the term "femboy" to refer to primary-school-age kids
I wasn't using that term to really refer to primary-school-age-kids, more so referring it to how hard it is to tell which one's the boy, or the girl. Ok, maybe it's obvious, but I mean, the girly one with the cyan/blue shirt has no eyebrows like the more boy-ish one with the red shirt. Maybe that's some sort of stylistic/artistic choice amongst the people who worked on the show, or something. That's my best guess here.

Well, I found a video of the intro once again. This one has better video quality, but worse audio. The audio does seem to be more accurately timed, so perhaps if possible, we could combine this one with the better video quality, & the previous one with the better audio quality.
Still no full episodes of this sadly. If anyone knows where full episodes of this have been located anywhere on the internet, let me know.
EDIT: So, I translated the description to English, & it actually confirms that this did air in the 1990s. It's apparently also called Pashush according to this user, & was broadcast on Educational Television... if that was a TV station there in Israel.

Sorry that I didn't tell you about this earlier, I forgot that I even made a thread about this, but 2 episodes were uploaded around October of last year. I made a playlist about it:
First, it appears this is a Belgian-French series with 26 episodes in total.
Second, it looks like it's original name it's Polochon (and in English is also known as Paddy).
All of this is taken from Wikipedia (Simple English Wikipedia), where there are a couple of links with information about the series (including the original episodes names):
