I don't know ANYTHING about those, & there doesn't seem to be more than 5 results I get about this one since there are several other things under the same name.
Ok, so I searched that up, & apparently STANR was just some fake stuff made by someone who thought to prank people into thinking it actually existed, which kind of fits with Monster Mania... except apparently Monster Mania is real? I don't know what's going on with Monster Mania, but it seems legit.

To those who want to know who discovered this...I was the person who discovers this cartoon, but I can't give up without finding the full episodes of that show because I'm more that I will preserve this cartoon for years to come. And just-in-case here's a playlist of the short-lived rarest cartoon that I found so far.

OK, so while I'm getting prepared and working myself out to become an animator, I suggest that extremewreck2000 and 16shogunelitegreen partner up to find the lost and rare cartoon, which is "Monster Mania." Please give each other updates on this cartoon. Someday we'll be able to search and find that cartoon of the '90s. In the meantime, the playlist is right up there above from like the last post or here...

I hope we'll find this and preserve it from ever being lost.
I would love to, but right now I'm kind of busy when it comes to lost media. I still have the messy rabbit hole that is Space Cats to solve & that's taking FOREVER to solve. There's also the English dub of Akazukin ChaCha, which while THANKFULLY not as much of a confusing sort of contradictory rabbit hole as Space Cats, is still a bit hard to really get any sort of leads in finding more episodes. Mad on the Commodore 64 is another mystery that seemingly leads to nowhere, but I will find a way to get more sources on that. The Undumped Wiki is another rabbit hole that is completely wild. There's also the Anthony Ant cartoon from 1999 alongside the unconfirmed Atari 2600 port of Crazy Cars as well as Woodshoot for the Commodore 64 which looks to have been 80% complete before getting cancelled for unknown reasons(though we're not sure on that).
