Downloaded Lammy interview from Milkcan.com. Can't open it

So I was going around on Milkcan.com to see if I could find the missing Um Jammer Lammy interviews, specifically Lammy's, and a Flash link popped up which led to nothing. I eventually ended up downloading the HTML code and got a link with the Flash file supposedly containing the interview, but it won't open due to Flash being so finicky at its armageddon. Can anyone download it and find some sort of way to access and upload the video? According to the HTML data, the video ran on Macromedia's Shockwave Flash. All I can get to pop up is the website's background color.
