A really long time ago, I came across this game on this obscure internet gaming website (where I found another game, I posted about weirdly enough) that I really liked, but I've never been able to find it again.
The game was this 2D platformer that starred this "kid" (the artstyle made it kind of hard to tell) named something like "Zeke" or "Zephyr" which was what the game was named after. The game was pretty basic, get from the beginning of the level to the end of the end of the level. Use the arrow keys to move left or right and use the mouse to grab onto platforms. I remember this one level where the character had to traverse through a huge line of these swinging balls.
The artstyle had this early 2000's "urban" vibe. The lineart was a bit sketchy and the coloring had this paper-y texture. The main character himself ("Zeke" "Zephyr" whatever his name was) kind of looked like a combination of Hey Arnold, Poptropica, and Peanuts. With a football shaped head, stick limbs w/ little balls to represent hands and feet, and two dots for eyes.
