When I was a little kid (early to mid 90’s) my mom was watching a movie. There was a scene of a boy looking depressed, walking down a path. A group of other boys came up to him and said something like, “Hey, Scrooge, where’s Huey, Dewey, and Louie?” I asked my mom why they would say that and she said they were making fun of him because he was rich. For the longest time I thought it came from the live action Richie Rich movie, but I don’t think that’s it. I’m guessing the movie was from the ‘80’s or ‘90’s.
Okay this won't be too much help, but I asked my sister who is a movie geek & somewhat a movie historian. She assumed Richie Rich, but wasn't sure. This is the best I have to offer, if this doesn't help, I wish you best of luck
