Don't know if anyone else has mentioned this, but the new season sets of Garfield and Friends by 9Story feature the original U.S. prints as opposed to the international ones used by the original DVD releases in the 2000s, so you can finally see the lost Screaming with Binky and Garfield quickies.

I'll be sure to try and upload them ASAP.

What about the missing Garfield and U.S. Acres quickies since their original television premieres? Like the one with Orson being too fat to go ice skating? Or the one with Garfield and Odie (Simba) as archaeologists examining Jon.

Looks like I was mistaken, checked the DVDs and those shorts are still MIA unfortunately, i'll check the season 3 set to see if there are any missing ones there but i'm not getting my hopes up.

I also found out there are some TV rips of the show on TV Vault, i'll be downloading those and checking as sometimes the missing shorts were present in syndicated airings.
