Omg, never thought I'd see this. Thank you kingmrharvey, who contacted someone who worked at Ealing Animation to kindly give him a copy of the pilot. Amazing.
For those who don't know, this was a 2 minute and 10 second short used to pitch the concept of the series over to HIT Entertainment. The pilot was produced on May 15, 1997. This pilot never aired on TV, if anyone was wondering.
This is our early Christmas gift. I'm very grateful to see this footage surface today.
