Kongfz.com, an chinese second-handheld book store, they have rion manga under name "Magazine Bar" and of course the "Magazine Bar" products are official. Their chinese name goes under "漫画BAR!"
I decided to ask if Rion ever *did* have an anime.

This means that it likely wasn't a full series at all, and was just a series of PVs or something similar for the manga. I hope this clears up some things for the future.
