Discotek is releasing Grimm’s Fairy Tale Classics on SD-BD next year.
Apparently, they had to get the English audio from old VHS recordings, so it’s probably not anything that isn’t already on YouTube (unless they found something that isn’t on there). Although I’ve read that Nick never aired the episodes we don’t have and I’m not sure they were even dubbed. I haven’t looked too much into this show though, so I don’t know how accurate that is. I wasn’t watching their stream, so I don’t know if there was anything regarding that mentioned there that I haven’t seen mentioned on Twitter. Still thought it would be worth mentioning here.
EDIT: Yeah, it looks like it won’t have any episodes we don’t already have (although we might already have all that was dubbed anyway).
You can see that the entries mention a total of 47 dubbed episodes; that's every episode.
Since Discotek has been looking for the English version of Mon Colle Knights, that's at the LOC too: www.copyrightencyclopedia.com/mon-colle-knights/ - not every episode is in this entry, but I did a check on the LOC's personal database; they have every English dubbed episode.
The problem with the approach they're taking is that you're not really getting the show as Saban actually dubbed it. Several episodes that have been circulating in the bootlegs aren't complete:
• "The Four Skillful Brothers" is the version that aired on Nickelodeon, which was censored more than Saban originally did. The complete version was released on tape, and I have it, but for whatever reason it has no soundtrack.
• "Bearskin" and "The Wren and the Bear" were only shown on Nick and never released on VHS, and both of these were censored further; if you look for the Hebrew versions of both episodes you can see them as Saban dubbed them.
• Not to mention the four lost episodes.
Undoubtedly the Japanese will be top-notch. But Discotek could very well do better, especially when the masters are out there.
(And surely Disney still has a copy? But, then, they couldn't reach Disney... so I don't blame them.)
Incidentally, if Discotek wants to do any more Saban shows, the masters are there at the LOC.

I couldn't find Maya the Bee but I assume it's there... Saban did everything else, after all.
