Ok, so, this is another one of these posts, but bear with me.
So the cartoon involved a 2d animated rat, attempting to hammer down on one of those high striker things you see at fairs that you have to hit with a hammer to make the ball strike the bell. The weak rat attempted various typical cartoon attempts to get the ball to hit the bell, continuously failing immensely, until, he eventually is horribly beaten up, from falling on the sky I think, and lands on the thing, causing it to hit the bell, sending the rat into a daze.
If anyone knows what this show is, please inform me.
