One of my not-so-favorite shows is the 2007 series of George of the Jungle - heavily criticized for, like the live-action adaptations made by Disney beforehand, disrespecting the original structure of the original series from 1967. The CN-Teletoon-rights holders adaptation of the chaotic monarch premiered on Teletoon in 2007 and on CN in 2008, yet it got terrible ratings thanks in part to the devirtuations.
The show in itself is passable, the art style is decent, but it had occasional glitches partly due to the laziness of the animators, but that's not what I am talking about right now.
Work on the Flash-animated series started in 2004. Apparently there was some concept art which made us believe that George and the rest were going to be drawn in a style similar to the original series, but since Studio B's website was rendered all in Flash (like the shows they made), it's impossible to find. However, someone who worket at Studio B wrote on his blog about some art he did for George of the Jungle, most likely under development stage.

Apparently George is closer to his teenage form that was achieved in the final product. To the right of Shep we see a similar man wearing a loincloth, which could probably be a prototype of Dr. Towel Scott, in black ink. On the bottom we see a native who clearly resembles a character from the original (sadly the idea of other human natives, present in the original series from 1967, was dropped) and three sketches of a woman, who could probably be a test of Ursula Scott.
Are these supposed to be the original concepts for what the 2007 series of George of the Jungle was going to be?
