EDIT: Now that I look closer, that image was clearly intended to be a website of some sort. Unfortunately that screenshot was of an HTML file so it doesn't give us a URL to investigate.
Biggs' Adventure was indeed just a matinee event for Kidtoons movies. The movies that were a part of it were Little Nemo, Candy Land: The Great Lollipop Adventure, and The Golden Blaze. I wouldn't be surprised if the negative feedback from the pre-The Incredibles promos was what got it canned.

Someone shared that link on reddit as well. Not only are there no images, there’s no text either.

If you go to other sites at biggsadventure.com, there is some text. I think that the home page was what we can see on the trademark application.
Also, the Candy Land Kidtoons trailer also mentions Biggs' Adventure, which makes sense given what we know, but it has a different voice than the Golden Blaze trailer: www.youtube.com/watch?v=WGSkVlgiEuY. EDIT: I also found the Little Nemo trailer, which also mentions Biggs' Adventure. The wording makes me wonder if the name came from "big screen." www.youtube.com/watch?v=G0TWjVFLOvg
I found this quick review-type thing about it. The article says it was a short film that played before The Incredibles (at least in that theater). The author said that the films were so awful that they filled out a customer comment card on Regal’s website. Pretty sure this is the same film.
Does anyone here know who could've made these animations for Regal? There's the late John McLaughlin who made the roller coaster intro, but it doesn't seem like he made any other animations. wmf1489 on YouTube seems to have had access to some Regal cinematics, but IDK who he his.
tabitha st germain and charlie adler are in the bigg's adventure teaser attached to the candyland movie trailer, it's possible they may remember recording for this and/or have extra footage of it somewhere on a demo reel

That's a good catch I suppose!
Also, if we want to reach out to people, finding people that used to work for Kidtoon Films would probably be a good try, since they supplied the films for the block, even though they were a separate company from Regal.

Lol, I found that myself a few weeks ago. (I think I even saved the link in my favorites.) It seems my family and I are literally the only ones who were okay with the ads.
