The clip you found of down in the valley is different from the one I found. www.youtube.com/watch?v=2KHdEwzr0KI and it contains very helpful information at the beginning of the video
Hmmmm, your clip you found seems to be higher quality. Compare 0:14 of your video and 0:35 at the video I found and you can see what I mean. Imma see if this channel has more Dan Zanes House Party.
EDIT: For some reason this channel doesn't have a search bar.
It's from a full video the one I found. At least that's what I think it is based on the info at the begining. The one who uploaded it worked on that episode with him. He should have a full copy of the show if he worked on it and had a copy.

How do we know that the uploader of the clip you found worked on Dan Zanes House Party?
Once I know some proof, I'll go digging for contact info (since comments are disabled on his/her videos)

Wayne Rhoden otherwise known as Father Goose worked on a lot of stuff with Dan Zanes. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wayne_Rhoden go to his discography and it shows he is featured on a lot of Dan Zanes albums. Edgeworx is also the production company that worked on most of the videos. To further back this up on his personal website he lists working with him goosehut.com/videos_5.php This is the title Father Goose Music - Playhouse Disney - Dan Zanes - Down In The Valley. He is also known to be at almost every live Dan Zanes concert where he shows up at the end.

Ok then, I'll see if I can find a video where I can leave comments/find other contact info
No problem. Your research was great to the search. I got a reply from Yoshi Waki. Here is what he had to say (summarizing below):
Yoshi was the video shooter for Playhouse Disney in January 2006. He also said that Playhouse Disney wanted to create several music videos for Dan Zanes House Party and 4 or 5 songs were made.
Gonna quote Yoshi below: "I have no idea how long it was on air. It could have been for just one season. All I could find are some YouTube videos uploaded by the viewers.
Maybe the four that exist on YT are the only episodes since Yoshi said that Disney only ordered 4-5 songs. Again, we have contradicting dates for the airdate of this show, this time saying shooting started in early 2006.
I believe I should go ahead and contact Dan himself next. I am gonna ask Yoshi if he has some up to date contact on him, since the people here who already contacted him didn't get responses

I think it is possible that the music videos that aired on the other networks might be some of the same ones that aired on Playhouse Disney. Does anybody have a list of episodes/videos?
I really doubt any of this stuff was kept outside of some studio vault. Zanes might have some inf/contact of people he worked with but I doubt any of them will have the episodes as it makes no sense to really keep them for that long. Even if Zanes had them there might be some sort of restriction on him sharing them out. Would be nice to have some closure though

True, but I think Zanes would be our best shot at getting new information.
I have contacted him with an email Yoshi sent me over

If Dan Zanes does not respond to us, where can we take this search from here? (I'm giving it 2 weeks)
Do we know of any additional staff members that worked on the show we can make contact with? Or alternatively finding someone who interviewed Dan Zanes asking for an email (I know another YouTuber did that in a search for an uncredited VA in a video game)
Note: I know of the Father Goose channel that strongfox linked, but I couldn't find any contact info. If you have some let me know
