I found a link that redirects you to an Osbert & Cush episode, but of course, it doesn't load. Heck, I even loaded this on virtualbox that comes with Flash, it still didn't load. It just gives me a "Movie not loading" error. Is there a way to load any of the videos from Treehouse Video? If so, then there's a chance of loading this episode and all the other episodes that were saved in the archives. Please send ideas. Thanks!

So I tried these software/methods to load the episode. No luck. I'm not gonna bother trying to load Treehouse Toons N'Tunes because it goes straight to the page stating that "Your browser doesn't meet the requirements" or something like that. I can't figure out a way to get out of that page.
What happens if I use these methods to load the episode?
Puffin Browser on Android: Displays a black screen Flash Player Chrome Extension: Displays an orange play button, video does not load (in some cases, it would show this error, "SWF contains ActionScript 3 which is not yet supported by Ruffle" even though I'm on Chrome) Running Flash on VirtualBox/VM: Displays a white screen (right clicking on the player would reveal the error, "Movie not loading...")
What's weird is that I did run flash on Puffin Browser on Android when flash was still working around 2019, and I remember the 'In the Night Garden' videos working on the website. (not from Treehouse Video) Now when I try to play those videos, they don't load.

It's been nearly 3 months since I've done any searching for this spin-off. I haven't had much time to prioritize and look for any more information or leads.
Just to clear things up:
Don't bother to try loading up any of the videos from Treehouse Toons N'Tunes/Treehouse Video from the archives, since it's practically impossible when streaming protocols are no longer functioning. They wouldn't be able to work on archived pages, anyway. Due to this, it's safe to say the video files for Osbert & Cush or pretty much any kind of media from those pages are completely lost. [can't believe it took me this long to fully realize...]
To prove they really are lost, a few weeks ago, I pasted the video URLs into a convert to mp4 website, and surprisingly, there was a video! However, the video that loaded was a Nelvana promo from 2020, and this goes for every other video from the Treehouse Video. Strangely, as of now, nothing loads up.
Sadly, one of the leads we have left is fairly RNG, and that's searching for THTV tapes from 2003-2008.
This was mentioned in Obscurity video, but another lead would be to find out who casted as the librarian lady/zookeeper and try contacting them. (I believe we'll get more information from librarian lady than the zookeeper though) It would be difficult because it's possible their identities are nowhere to be seen or heard of on the internet and we don't exactly know the filming locations. Either way, I guess it's worth a shot.
A user by the name of Logan Maxwell claims that he might have footage of the Library interstitial, however, it's been 5 months since his last activity/response...but the fact that he remembers what episode from the interstitial (Book Drop) and PSA that was on the tape, proves there may be hope.

I thought you'd all given up the search for Animal Chat with Osbert Plunky and Cush at the Library... It's good to see you're all continuing the search!

Yes, but at this point, the pace and motivation being put into this search is definitely slowing down. Not trying to say there's no hope, it's just that there hasn't been any new information for the past 6 months. All I've really been doing is confirming if Treehouse Video genuinely wouldn't work, even though it's been said that it doesn't function anymore without the streaming protocols.
Just something to add, I find it strange how Treehouse never aired a promo for this spin-off. (judging by CRTC logs) They basically aired the program without giving any announcement to their viewers. A promo did exist; however, it was only added to the Treehouse website when the videos surfaced on Treehouse Toons N' Tunes around 2005. You'd think Treetown - the show that represents the mascots of Treehouse TV - having a spin-off would be advertised on the channel. If you were to ask someone who remembers Treetown, chances of them remembering or hearing about the "spin-off" would be pretty low.
This, for sure, explains why it has fallen into obscurity.

I can't believe Treehouse didn't promote this spin-off! If they ever did, Treetown and the other Treehouse classics might have been kept alive for a little longer!
Interesting...I seem to remember the Elephant episode a bit differently. Had no idea Osbert thought the elephant was a pig lol. But then again, I was watching this episode as a little kid, so I probably didn't catch those jokes the first time. Visuals makes sense now that I'm seeing this again.

My favorite Animal Chat with Osbert Plunky short was the one where he was looking at a cow, and he was talking to a farmer who was milking it. I think they also talked about how farmers milk cows. I loved all the ones where he talked about farm animals, because my grandparents owned a farm and they had plenty of dairy cows. They also had two pigs before I was even born, and some horses as well.

Sounds about right. That's my memory of the 'Cow' episode too.
Well, I'm not going to rely too much on my decade old memories of the show because I've only watched those episodes once or twice, and haven't went back to those memories for over a decade. Here are the episodes I vaguely and vividly remember from 'Animal Chat with Osbert Plunky'.
Vaguely:
Noisy Piggies - There were 3 pigs, but I don't know if it's true, MOSTLY vague.
Chicken - I can somewhat picture it, leaning towards vague, but Osbert DEFINITELY mentioned something about chickens laying eggs. There was one chicken.
Lamb - I can picture it, but it's leaning more towards vague, even though I remember Osbert mentioning the Lamb eating hay. [turns out I mixed up this dialogue with the Zebra episode where he actually does mention hay; proves that I watched the Zebra episode at one point]
Vividly:
Cow - I remember a part where Osbert says that the bottom part of the Cow is called the udder and it is used to fill the bucket up with milk. I believe the cow was white with black spots, so it was a diary cattle, and Osbert was in the shot at the bottom left of the screen. [EDIT: Now that I think about it, I wanna believe that Osbert probably messed up the names with this animal too, so I wouldn't be surprised if this description is false. I also want to believe Osbert could've been on top of the cow]
Elephant - I remember a part where Osbert talks about the trunk of the big and grey Elephant to pick up objects, and mentioned something about drinking with those trunks as well. If I recall, Osbert also mentioned how the Elephants have large ears to hear. I think I remember the opening line being, "Hi! I'm Osbert Plunky, today we're here at the zoo with an Elephant!" or something similar along those lines. [EDIT: Turns out I remember the dialogue very differently lol. As the video has surfaced online, the visuals look close to what I remember]
I remember watching the Cow short on the Treehouse website and I think the cow was brown. It looked like an Ayrshire or a Guernsey cow. Or it might have been a red and white Holstein. The one that you mentioned is a black and white Holstein cow, those are very common. My grandfather had a whole herd of Holstein cows when I was small...
