Well, I wonder if we can contact someone who worked on the show, and see if they know any more information.
The problem is that there were no end credits for 'Osbert & Cush' based on memory. We just know Jeff Sweeney was in it, and we have no clue who casted as 'The Librarian Lady'. This means that there is nobody else to contact other than Jeff Sweeney. (who voiced both Cush and Osbert)
He has a LinkedIn profile, so anyone can contact him from there about the show.

I can do that.
So,uh... i guess this is the end of my post. Bu-but there is more, right?

If anyone plans on connecting with Jeff Sweeney about this lost Treetown spin-off on LinkedIn, just make sure you are over the age of 16. Not only that, but if you're not working or do not have a career, don't sign up for LinkedIn. They do have terms of services, (of course) so you don't want to violate or break the rules.
If you do manage to connect with him, when you're speaking, make sure you talk in a civilized matter and ask any questions and gather information regarding the show. (asking who casted as "The Librarian Lady" in 'Osbert & Cush' or 'Cush at the Library' short would be useful information)
Don't ask for ANY personal information! It's really not necessary or important.
BTW, there are other results that pop up for Jeff Sweeney. Click on the result that says that he is a writer or part of 9 Story Media Group.
I suggest that the people who has a LinkedIn account could try to contribute, (if you want to, you don't have to) and gain as much information and get clues to know more about what was in this lost spin-off.
Hopefully, we can go far enough with this method, and not reach a dead end.
EDIT as of April 26, 2021: Welp, this method has been discarded because there's not a lot of contact information found on Jeff Sweeney's LinkedIn page.

I’m only 13, and not old enough to use LinkedIn and having a career.

You can still contribute to the thread, you don't have to use LinkedIn.
I’m pretty sure someone in my hometown remembers a lost show on Treehouse, unlike My Special Book. But one of them could be Cush at the Library or Animal Chat with Osbert Plunky. If one of them are found, I don’t know if both will be found at the same time.
When not thinking of the show back then, I went to a thrift store in the city of Winnipeg, if there was a recorded tape off Treehouse. Sadly, they don’t have recorded tapes. Just like I remember the show See The Sea on Kids CBC, which is 55% lost.
Off-topic, but.... I am also 13. My mom has an LinkedIn account, though, but i aint no madman to confuse my mom with an english speaker! (We are brazilian)

Hopefully, there's someone out there who is capable of contacting or connecting to Jeff Sweeney with their LinkedIn account. Might as well just wait, unless there's someone here who does know more about 'Osbert & Cush.' Patience is key.
I would definitely try to connect with him, but I unfortunately can't because I don't have a career.
