I saw someone on the lost media server who says he saw this thing on TV which he claimed might have been for SNICK. What he remembers is that it was like a kid's face looking at the screen, then after some time it slowly melts into a pumpkin. According to him he thinks it's from the 90s or early 2000's, was definitely from Halloween and was about 20 seconds. I'm wanting to help this guy so can this be found?

According to the person "it was not a cartoon". He also remembers it being dark during the day he viewed it so it've had to been SNICK or Nick@Nite. And as for the "Nick or Treat", i'm honestly not sure. I'll ask him
