So I'll preface this by saying I posted this to r/lostmedia but I also want to post it here so it can gain more attention and possibly having some of this media found. I have also discussed this lost media in the discord server a few times but not with this much information and even then, no one really had any information to share.
On that note, I'll begin (sorry for this long post)
The format of this post is:
1. Introduction to the show and missing episodes
2. Missing pilot episode
3. Missing online games
4. Missing segments that feature characters from the show
5. Missing bumpers that mention the show
6. Conclusion

7. Update since the reddit post was made
1. This is relatively obscure media but at the moment some of its episodes, along with other things, are missing so I'll share this here. An educational kids show that ran on HBO family (they still show reruns) called Crashbox. It originally ran from 1999 to 2000. It has 2 seasons and supposedly has 52 episodes according to Adam Shaheen, the president of Cuppa Coffee Studios which animated Crashbox. Wikipedia and Crave also list 52 episodes for the show. While episode 1-26 and episodes 40-52 can be found on tv and now on youtube along with another streaming sites, episodes 27-39 seem to be missing everywhere. I have Verizon for TV and on On Demand, it only has episodes 1-26 and 40-52. Even when looking for these episodes in the guide, it seems like HBO Family simply plays 1-26 and 40-52. There's a discord server for Crashbox fans and we have discussed these missing episodes. One person has a friend who has Crave and the friend confirmed that they do in fact have 52 episodes. The person in the server asked the friend to record all the episodes so we can see if they are the missing episodes or just clones of non-missing episodes. However, the person in the server is skeptical and believes that they are simply clones. Due to this show being pretty obscure, you don't get many results when searching online. When going to the HBO Kids website, they don't even have Crashbox in their list of programs. The people who uploaded episodes 1-26 and 40-52 stated that they were the only episodes listed on HBO Go. The person that is in the Crashbox fan server thinks that maybe these episodes don't exist which I don't believe because if they didn't actually exist, that doesn't make any sense. As I stated, Wikipedia, Crave, and even the president of the company that animated the show states that there are 52 episodes. Why would these sites and even the president of the company that animated be wrong on the amount of episodes? There are other streaming sites that claim to have the missing episodes but you usually have to sign in with HBO or Amazon or something else. Hopefully Crave comes through and has the missing episodes. And if not, perhaps Adam Shaheen has the episodes stored somewhere.

2. There is also more Crashbox media missing. First off, the pilot episode. I guess it shouldn't surprise me that there is a pilot episode but it did when I was searching for the missing episodes and few days ago and saw mention of an episode that I had never heard of before on tv.com. The episode is called "Crashbox! Crashbox!" and seems to be the pilot episode. The description reads "All the robots will celebrate their new factory. They will do things they have never done before. They will jump off buildings! They will also create Crashbox. They create some of the greatest master-minded games ever crated to man!" I have never heard about this pilot episode and of course nothing comes up when searched online, even by the title. Tv.com claims that it aired "8:30 AM Jun 01, 1999". However, The Big Cartoon Database says that "First Aired on January 06, 1999". It also says that the episode aired on HBO Family. It's possible that Adam Shaheen has the pilot episode.

3. Next, there were apparently online computer games for Crashbox, two to be exact. They were called "Crashbox: Dirty Pictures" and "Crashbox: Ear We Are". While I don't know for sure, I assume that the game play for both of the online games were similar how the game segments went in the show. You can actually visit the games on the Wayback Machine but when you try to play, it says you need Flash and Shockwave to work. The lost media archive says " You can still play these games in the Wayback Machine but only in an old browser/older version of an currently-running browser with downloading the Shockwave Player", so it's very possible that we can recover these online games.

4. More Crashbox lost media is segments that feature some characters from the show. Accoding to lost media archive, there are 2 segments. One was called "Who Knew?" and featured Professor Rocket giving a fact each episode. The other segment was called "Smart Mouth" and featured Dora Smarmy talking about big and fancy words. There were 80 episodes for each. For "Who Knew?", 5 episodes have surfaced with the rest still missing. However, we are not so lucky with "Smart Mouth". Not a single episode has surfaced, only 2 still images. It's possible that Adam Shaheen has these segments but I feel like it is unlikely as it seems more like something HBO would have stored away.

The person who uploaded the videos on youtube says in the descriptions for each video "The stop motion was shot edited, then passed on to me for compositing. I composited about 80 episodes" However they responded to comments in the episode 29 video by saying "Unfortunately I only kept the 3 episodes, which are all up" and they also state that they did not work on "Smart Mouth", only "Who Knew?". This would be a dead end but one comment on the episode 28 video says they remember segments about "fireflies, bad breath, sneezing, diamonds, swiss cheese, and a giant ice cream sundae". This information while doesn't point to where this lost media could be, it at least does tell us of what other segments could be out there.
5. And for the final Crashbox lost media, bumpers that mention the show and even a promo for it. The lost media archive says that these bumpers are missing.
Missing:
Jam Up Next bumper (2001-2009)
Jam Up Next bumper (2009-2010) existence is unconfirmed
Magnet Up Next bumper
Magnet promo
Sadly it's more than likely that these will never been found due to Cuppa Coffee not having anything to do with these excpet maybe the promo and even then it's unlikely and I highly doubt HBO keeps an archive of their bumpers.

6. Conclusion
I have loved this show since I was a child and I'm sure others feel the same. I genuinely hope everything is found but at the very least the missing episode, pilot episode, and the games. This show means so much to me and hopefully with more people searching for its lost media, we are bound to find it. Thank you for reading this super long post lol. If you wish to discuss the lost media or Crashbox in general, here is the link for the fan discord server: discord.gg/aCDnvqE

7. Updates since the reddit post was made
Nothing has been heard from the person in the fan server who is having their friend record the Crave episodes. I reached out to Adam Shaheen via email asking him questions about the show and if he had the lost episodes, pilot episode, and the "Who Knew?" and "Smart Mouth" segments. I emailed him the 13th and have not gotten a response yet. While Cuppa Coffee shut down in 2017, he responded to the youtuber's email to interview him which was uploaded in April of this year so hopefully Adam Shaheen still responds to emails. As far as I know, no one else is really searching for this media besides me and the person in the fan server, and even then nothing has been heard from them about the missing episodes since 8/29. As for me, I've looked all over google for anything relating to this media but sadly due to it's obscurity, there's not many results. However I still have hope that this part of my childhood can be found.
