I remember watching this cartoon in either the late 90s or early 2000s in the uk. Sorry I can't narrow it down any further. I have a few other memories connected but they may be false. It was certainly on CITV though, because I can remember one of the presenters trying to sing along with the lyrics of the opening. May have been shown at around the same time as the TV series version of Water Ship Down but the memories are fuzzy and I didn't see it when I looked at the citv continuities for around that time period.
It was about these kids that traveled the world protecting animals and there was this cheesy bad lady who polluted for the sake of polluting. The animation was if I remember rightly was in a sort of pseudo realistic style that wasn't that real looking. It was pretty repetitive but I'd like to know if the show was as meh as I remember it. It's opening had the lyrics, 'look into the sunrise' at the start or something like that and there may have been a hot air balloon involved. I think that the ability to talk to animals may have been a plot point but I'm not sure.
