It was a side-scroller from either the late 90s or the early 2000s. You played as this strange looking character that kind of looked like Rayman, and I think he had an Australian accent. I remember him saying "Yay". You were able to explore the desert as well as underground areas. Unfortunately, it was removed from the site many years ago, probably making it pretty obscure (at least, it wasn't there at the time when I checked). It was one of my favorites. I wish I remembered the name of it.
