I found a Worthpoint archive of an ebay listing for the show. Unfortunately, I cannot find the original listing. The description reads:
Hello, Samantha Smith, Robert Wagner, and Maia Brewton fans! I've decided to list a copy of the COMPLETE SERIES of the very rare, short-lived 1985 TV show LIME STREET starring Robert Wagner and Samantha Smith. I've read that t are a few fans that REALLY want the show, and decided to list it for them because chances are, it will probably never be comercially released on DVD. Six "dummy" sets of the series were produced by an acquaintance of Samantha Smith and he generously gave one to me. It includes all 8 episodes, 3 of which were never shown during the shows original broadcast. Quality is GOOD, and a few episodes are studio cuts with the the production dates/stats before the show starts. Another great thing is that all of the end credits are t, which feature the cast clowning around followed by a dedication stating that the show is dedicated to Samantha Smith and her dream of achieving peace in the world. Samantha became famous in 1983 for writing a letter to Yuri Andropov and being invited by him to visit Russia during the cold war to promote world peace. Samantha was killed in a plane crash on the way home from filming a LIME STREET episode, prompting Robert Wagner to shut down production of the show. Samantha appears in the pilot, is featured heavily in 2 episodes, briefly in 2 episodes, and is missing entirely from 3 episodes.
I also found this listing from rewatchclassictv.com, selling a set for $24.95. The description reads:
Robert Wagner's follow-up to `Hart to Hart' cast him as the suave jet-setting insurance investigator James Culver who commutes between his London-based job and the Virginia horse farm where he's bringing up his two daughters Elizabeth and Margaret Ann (Samantha Smith, Maia Brewton) with the help of his father Henry Wade Culver (Lew Ayres).
The series also featured Lew Ayres as Wagner’s father Henry Wade Culver, Patrick McNee as Sir Geoffrey Rimbatten, Anne Harvey as Evelyn Camp, Anne Harvey, John Standing as Edward Wingate and Julie Fulton as Celia Wesphal.
"Lime Street" was struck by tragedy before its debut when Samantha Smith, who played Wagne's eldest child, was killed in a plane crash on August 25, 1985. Although only five episodes had been filmed at the time of her death, her role was never recast. Her death occurred prior to the airing of any of the programs, the premiere being on September 21, 1985. Auditions were held instead for a new character, another daughter to Wagner's character, but the notion was entirely dropped. The plan had been for Samantha's character, Elizabeth, to live on off-screen, moving to Paris to be with her divorced mother. The show was subsequently dedicated to Smith's memory.
The series was cancelled before the last three episodes aired. This three DVD set has all 8 episodes produced. ________________________________

However, since I don't have any money, plus the restrictions on imports due to the pandemic, I'm not pursuing these leads.
