So, for the 30th anniversary of "The Empire Strikes Back" in 2010, JibJab.com (the eCard site) launched "Star Wars - Starring You", which was a set of eCards where you could put your face on the Star Wars characters, in one card for each Original Trilogy film. They stayed on the site until October 30th, 2012 (which is the day that The Walt Disney Company purchased Lucasfilm Ltd.). There are videos on YouTube from complete strangers who did it back in the day, and someone who just used the default faces (if you wanna see the cards, they're pretty funny) ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wa2DN0yb3kI ) but I wish there was a way to get back the actual thing, so I could make my own again, even if it's just emulation. What really stinks, though, is that I can't view or download the ones I did back in the day. That would be like if they erase a game you purchased from your device if it's removed, even if you already paid to own it. (oh, wait. That happens.) . Disney's corporate greed strikes yet again, I guess. Anyone know how to help this, because I have a treasure trove of ideas I wanna try with it.
