90s educational show about dinosurs with a ginger cat

Used to have this on VHS, the cover was a white background, with an anthropomorphized ginger cat standing on the left. There was something else next to him on the right, it may have been a globe. It was drawn, kind of like clip-art style. This would have been either in the late 90s, or early 2000s. I can't recall if the cat actually appeared much in the episode.

I can remember there was at least one section that featured stop-motion. It was black and white, quite an old depiction of dinosaurs, and I'm fairly sure it had a part that showed them in an early 1900s city. It seemed to have been taken from an old movie of some sort.

It is possible I'm mis-remembering and those are actually 2 separate shows/movies, however.

So far i've been entirely unable to find what it was. It is not " Dinosaurs! A Fun-Filled Trip Back In Time!" or "Dinosaurs: The Terrible Lizards". Searches for 90s educational shows involving dinosaurs haven't came up with anything that seems like it could be it.
