Well, most of the stuff on the LMW is organized by it's medium such as lost television shows, lost movies, lost video games, etc. as well as how much of it is lost if not the entire thing. Although I do think it would be interesting if we could narrow things down to what was made by who, such as sub-categories for like Nickelodeon content, Disney content, anime, and so forth. Not saying we should get rid of the existing categories altogether, but I think it would make searching for certain pages on the wiki a lot easier based on who made it.

It is on the Wikia version, but we are trying to limit the categories to the nature of the media itself. It really got out of hand on Wikia (like everything else, really).
I swear there is or was a category that was for lost shows and movies from Nickelodeon. Is it there somewhere?
In all seriousness though, I'm not a big fan of having an excessive amount of categories; it got way out of hand on the old wiki... I dunno. If enough people want a new, specific category though, then I suppose we'll probably add it.
TBH I think this would be fine (same with LOST CARTOON NETWORK / ADULT SWIM or something)
Maybe we could have all the lost Nickelodeon, Nick Jr., Nicktoons, CBS, etc. stuff be under one big category named "Lost Viacom". Same goes for the Cartoon Network stuff, which could be under "Lost Time-Warner".

We'd need to come up with a better name than just the company's title.

Count me in as someone who thinks Nick deserves its own section. There's enough interest in old Nick material, there's enough of it missing, and finding any of it will require going through the same avenues. Seems to make sense. I could be mistaken, but I dont think there's anywhere near as much lost Cartoon Network material for example.
