This was a special series of the "Gregory Horror Show" Japanese animated series. While the first four seasons are easy to find on DVD or YouTube, the fifth special series is incredibly difficult to find. It was only released on the Japanese DVDs (which have become OOP and expensive) and never dubbed into English.

Wikipedia Info: An unbroadcasted exclusive Special series, "The Gregory Gallery Tour"(presented as bonus videos only on the first series DVDs), only contains 4 stories featuring Gregory himself as a guide, giving his commentary and thoughts on each of the guests in the hotel, also displaying paintings based around the said guests. The setting is different depending on each of the 4 episodes. (These are only on the NEC Interchannel or King Records versions of the first series DVDs, volume 1-4, Japanese only)

Also this has nothing to do with the search, but why in the world are there at minimum, six volumes in Japan? There's only 3 volumes for the American release which covers everything but these lost shorts.
