I remember seeing this older movie (maybe late 70s to early 90s) a couple years ago but I don t remember the name or any real plot details except for one scene. There was girl disguised as a mannequin and this guy is going around stealing stuff and hiding it in the mannequins clothes. I think there was mall security chasing him and he also stole the mannequins underwear. I know it’s super vague I apologize. Thank you!

It could also be the sequel "Mannequin 2".
