Don't bother contacting official sources like the companies. Honestly, our best bet (which isn't good) is to wait for years after Pokemon ends (which may never happen anyway) and hope someone who worked on these episodes decides to leak them.

Again, this is unlikely. Tom Wayland, who directed the dubbed episodes, said they never finished recording the dialogue, so all you'd have is audio files that only tell part of the story. And as for the original Japanese episodes, nothing ever leaks out of Japan. That's why the Pokemon Gold/Silver prototype ROMs and the Red/Green assets leaking were such a big deal.
