I saw this animated cartoon many years ago on HBO or Sundance, like 2001 or 02. It was about animals who gained intelligence and mocked humans for being "dumb". They lived in an animal centric society and did human activities in a modern civilization. I think this was a 75/100 minute film. No idea about the plot, I believe it was a PG+ feature. Not a kids movie. The animation looked like Don Bluth, Steven Spielberg, Walt Disney type art, kind of 70s-90s style. Anyways, I think one of the characters was a bear, could be wrong. One scene (basically the only) I remember clearly was after a main character ended up at an arena like the Super Bowl. They did the halftime show and showed Super Bowl ad parodies. The ad was a beer commercial set in Germany, all a bunch of drunken human guys at an inn singing about this beer, how great drinking is, while getting drunk; being served by a big, brutish looking human lady while they all were singing a polka. At the end, it zooms out of the tavern to a swamp, where two frogs on lily pads lament the "pathetic, stupid, drunken humans", having been watching the entire thing.
This is NOT Zootopia, Animalympics, Secret of Nimh or any of those movies, though I wonder if it wasn't just one of those and I have mixed it up.
Anyone ever see a movie about smart animals who played sports, drove cars, co existed with, yet thought humans were inferior?... thank you
