I've seen the rise of Doug related lost media recently so I'd thought that I would add:
Originally, the episode Doug's Chubby Buddy featured a voiceover telling viewers resources about eating disorders. However, in syndicated airings the voiceover was replaced with Skeeter and Rodger arguing.
I saw the original airing that featured the original ending on a youtube knockoff called ToonTube a while back, however that has been taken down in recent years + not archived on the Wayback Machine. Every other mirror of the episode that I can find features the syndicated ending.
