A news report about my uncle's death in 96', it was a memorial tape, he (including my dad and his other brother) had an interest in horses, there was a clipshow before the news report, iirc it lasted like 15 minutes with a song "I will saddle again, or smthn like that, my dad would always end the tape before the news report section so I never got to see it, until I (age 5 I think) put it in the vcr to show my cousins that we still had one (we had a lot of movies on vhs so we never bothered to get a dvd player, plus this was the early 2010s), and I seen my uncles body being wheeled out on a cart with a sheet over him, iirc my grandma has it now, unless she threw it away, if she did I would be heartbroken, as that's the only remaining videos of my 2 uncles (both died) and my dad from that era.
Dang that's really sad to hear. Hope you get to find those tapes soon.
yeah, it was 1 tape, but I hope I find them too, since I never met either of my uncles, since one died like 4 months before I was born, although there might be a memorial tape for him too
What lost (or formally lost) media did you use to have? I know for a fact that I had The Magic School Bus “Family Holiday Special” recorded as a kid. The tape is long gone by this point. There is also a very real possibility that I had the pilot to The Wild Thornberrys too. I can’t swear by it, but I know I did record a few episodes early on in the show’s run. There is also a chance that I had the missing scenes from Homeward Bound. They don’t ring a bell, but I did have a home recording VHS from the ‘90’s of the movie. A few years back, I stumbled upon it and put it our old VCR. The machine kicked the cassette out with tape flying everywhere.
It's been found by another source but I recently learned my brother had Season 7 of Sonic for Hire downloaded the entire time it was deemed lost. Would have helped if he spoke up.

I'm pretty sure I downloaded the Tord video he made after Edd's death (Eddsworld related content FYI)
It'd be on my old old laptop, but I'm pretty sure it was also dealing with hard drive failure towards the end. I'll have to double check it though one day, maybe I'll get lucky.
I had the files for a USB controller Konami had put out in the mid 2000's with some enhanced visual effects. I found the files 2 years ago, and cut and pasted them into my docs folder. When installing another Linux distro, I accidently overwrote the whole thing, and lost them. I felt awful.
I have every single episode of Bioman English dubbed- I don't know if that's lost or not, I have 16 episodes of space cats. I also have the English dubbed Digimon movies 3 through 8. I have every episode of Flashman English dubbed, as well as 14 episodes of Cybercop. I have a lot more than that too.
the bioman dub (assuming you mean the philipines one yeah thats lost. Or at least not easily accessible
Yea, the Filipino-English dub. Have every episode and the film. Just don't have a way to upload it. Along with many other rare Southeast Asian English dubs of Sentai and Tokusatsu and anime.

What about Space Cats? Most sites say 13 episodes, yet you claim to have 16 of them. Where the heck did you find those 3 other episodes!?
Dreams are boundless, imaginations are infinite, space is a multi-directional spiral & Akazukin ChaCha is my favorite anime

Tom has that video as well, but he's not releasing it in respect for Tord's choice to delete it
_alexpine_ on discord. 2018 was HOW many years ago?!?! If RPGMakerFan12 is so good, why isn't there an RPGMakerFan13? lostmediawiki.com/User:BrightyLighty

Its workprint footage actually after looking back at it. So what it is is the 13 broadcast episodes and 3 workprint episodes. I don't know if they are any different from whatever broadcast episodes as I have not watched every episode from start to finish, but I would assume there's some differences. I got this set from a trade back in the early days of grey market tape and dvd trading online (probably like 2002 or 03)
I honestly am not sure myself. We have given away a lot of VHS tapes, but I think most of them were baby shows like Blue's Clues, Barney, etc, all of which are archived and available. I will go through vhs tapes soon and see what I can find. Unfortunately, our only working VCR isn't hooked up to the tv and I'll have to get my dad to help. I have no capture card, however I got an old camera that I can drag out and film the tv with, then upload the files to my computer.
I probably had some of Craig Kilborn's run on The Daily Show taped from back in the day. Unfortunately a lot of the VHS tapes I still had and planned on going through one of these days now have mold on them after I stored them in a shed, so they're probably gone now.

Blue's Clues and Barney aren't baby shows, they're pre-school shows, If you're referring to Baby Shows, I'll say you're talking about BabyTV or Baby First TV.

"workprint episodes" So could this mean that there was supposed to be a 2nd season, possibly in 1994 for syndication, but either never aired at all, or only aired in like, 2 low-tier regions where barely anybody lives in?
