I am a big fan of the classic U.K. cartoon Danger Mouse, I have seen them all on Netflix and have recently bought the set of DVDs. And through these DVDs I discovered that a lost first pilot of the show exists. I have managed to uncover the what is probably the Episodes background audio thanks to the DVDs, it was listed as ideas for the theme tune but the DVD lists it as Pilot Audio but when you click on it, the menu tells you that it is ideas for the theme tune but the audio clip is episode-length and has varying pauses in between the tracks.
I saw that cartoon, too. I was surprised that it was old as it was and it lasted as long as it did (12 years!) I looked it up and apparently a sequel series was made in 2015.
He looks a whole lot gritter in that one image you got there, and I also notice he has a bowtie, too.
We are kinda at a dead end here, I know the theme song singer is the same but I looked it up and she died 25 years ago. The Danger Mouse Actor, William Franklyn is also dead. Baron Greenback is the same but he is dead. Penfolds actor is unknown but it is rumoured to be this welsh guy who is dead. Brian Cosgrove is the only living contact and he is very inactive on all of his accounts. But I have a contact. David Jason, the voice of Danger Mouse in the main series, he wasn’t in the pilot but his partner was the now dead theme song singer.
