Hello everyone, it’s been awhile.
I got some good news, and bad news.
First with the good news. Sooty’s Magic Garden has been found in HQ quality. I will show you a link here: youtu.be/jBJgGgNr0CM
The bad news is that there hasn’t been any major developments regarding the remaining lost episodes. Disappointing I know. This is truly a mysterious show and I’d like it to be seen in it’s entirety. I did contact some of the people who worked on it (one of them puppeteer Francis Wright; he’s a true gentleman). Apparently they seem to not have it as well. The missing episodes are: Sooty’s Pet, Best Friends, Sooty the Scientist, and Keep Fit Sooty.
Remember, I’m only counting series 2 & 3 because series 1 is completely different and has been more found than those series. Right now, i’m mostly out of luck. Hopefully someone somewhere has copies of this show and we can make this lost media case closed. Have a nice one!
