Ripped off from Scott the Woz, I wanna ask what was or are your proudest gaming moment? Mine’s personally were when I did the 24 hour Nurburgring in Gran Turismo 4, or when I found out about glitches in American Wasteland that put you out of bounds and in weird places like the clothes shops in game, and finally, when I bought a version of Pokémon Silver from the lunch lady at my school for $20. I still got it!
I have a lot of proud gaming moments, but probably my most proudest one was finally being able to complete Super Mario Galaxy 2 for the Wii sometime in 2017, in spite of several of the green power stars being harder to get than the regular ones and beating the most infamous mission in the game where you have to go through the final galaxy in the game (i.e. Grandmaster Galaxy) without getting hit once and having to start all over from the beginning if you do get hit by an enemy or an obstacle. It took me several tries to beat it, but it was so worth beating the mission and the game in the end.
Other proud gaming moments I have is being a loyal Nintendo gamer and owning several of their consoles such as the Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DS, Wii, Nintendo 3DS, Wii U, and Nintendo Switch. I am also proud of being a huge Super Mario Bros. fan and owning several of their games in the franchise, as well as playing a lot of Super Smash Bros. in my spare time.
The list goes on, so I'm going to stop there.
Despite the frustrations of normal day life we go through, the best thing to do about it is still being happy for our friends and family.
I remember when I was 6 I played Super Mario 64. Thought it was a fun game, still perhaps my favourite game of all time.
I went through the game, but I finally managed to make it to the final Bowser stage. The previous one with the tilting platform was hard to begin with, but this one was a surprise with the falling segments.
I remember my parents watching as I beat the game, first one I fully completed. Really felt proud of myself then, and it's a very fond memory for me.
