Not just Kingdom Hearts VCAST, all the rest are lost as well. No other websites host these games.
However, I own a Verizon LG enV3. This has some VCAST games on it. I am going to dump the games and release footage once I get a new battery for it since the old one is dead. Its coming in the mail soon.
I'm also starting a project to host game/app dumps on archive.org. The files will be put on there.
Verizon's VCAST is built on Qualcomm's BREW platform. I found a russian forum post with some BREW games shared on it. Link .It also seems that one of the main contributing users who find the BREW games, kraze1984 is also the same person who has been helping to recover Kingdom Hearts VCAST back on khinsider forums Link .If you have any problem ripping your games, he seem to be the right person to contact with. He also has a YouTube channel where he upload gameplays of BREW games including some of the VCAST ones. Link
Speaking of which, I've been searching for NFS UG2 and NFS MW for BREW that were on the VCAST service. Those games also seems to be like Kingdom Hearts in which it constantly downloading the games in parts and deleting the older parts when it's not in use. Do you by any chance have a part of it ?
Apologies for the bump. I have a couple of VCAST titles that I was able to rip off of my LG Chocolate last year. One of them was alluded to earlier in the thread, the first episode of the Kingdom Hearts VCAST game. I would recommend going to the khinsider thread in question, as they've done a good job following up on my initial files dump with other episodes, research/interviews, and reverse engineering it into a playable state. Since the original DL I put up back in 2016 went down, adding a new link below:
Additionally, I had a copy of Transformers G1 Awakening that I was able to rip. This one's a little more well known, as I believe several different versions were ported to different phones of the era (and eventually, IOS/Android). These different versions incorporated different features, such as using 3D model zoom-ins for attacks, isometric maps, etc. The version I had on my phone was 100% 2D, with a top-down view map for the tactics section, and side-by-side battle portraits (think Fire Emblem). Also, looking on the web shows DL's for some of the different versions of this game on various sources, so this BREW game may already be out there. Still, doesn't hurt to drop what I got here.
I remembered when I was about eight years old in May of 2009. I’d download a few of those VCAST games without my parents knowledge particularly on my mom’s phone. Those were Star Trek (the J.J. Abrams one) and Monster vs. Aliens among many others. My mom found out and I got In trouble a little because those costed money.
