I came accros the Bulgasari wiki article and I was surprised this was categorized as "Existence unconfirmed", I know the authenticity of the poster that surfaced in the late 00s is debatable but I was pretty sur the existence of this movie was undebatable (working to get more info on the archives around this) but this isn't why I created the thread.
Taking a closer look at the poster, I tried to find illustrations elsewhere that could match and I found this

it seems to be a still of a movie (described as Pulgasari 62) and the illustration seems to be the exact same image used on the posters (both the colorized and the black and white)
I can't find the image anywhere else other then on this link => m.cine21.com/news/view/?mag_id=17050
