Adventures of the Little Koala is an anime that was dubbed into English in 1987 and aired on Nickelodeon/Nick Jr. from June 1, 1987 until April 2, 1993. Episodes consisted of two 11-minute segments, and most of them are readily available, but the last one (or at least what’s listed as the last one), Eucalyptus Rocket/Penguins Don’t Fly, isn’t available in English (I have seen both segments in Arabic). It was definitely dubbed (I’ve seen a Nick Jr. promo that has clips from both segments), but to the best of my knowledge, the English version has yet to resurface anywhere.
