So here I am, Tuesday Afternoon, St. Patrick’s Day, alone. I found Justin Whang’s video on Armin, where the tape is mentioned. Considering we have an article on it, we have some info. Interestingly, Justin found some info that deserves an amendment to it (It may take a while, but I WILL help). Apperently the two met on a Homosexual Cannibal group on Yahoo, not on Cannibal Cafe. Also this “encounter” where it was taped was shown to lawyers (more screenshots may exist too), and also involved them having sex In it on it, outside of the “Weiner meal”

As far as I'm aware, two of them have been likely confirmed as being real and the other two are kind of shady about their validity. There's been a lot of rumors that the tape has been leaked online, which I highly doubt because it's being held by German authorities.

If I'm not mistaken, the two main photos that show up on the Wiki with Brandes suspended from the ceiling. The other two are part of his torso being cut on a table. I'm not sure if those were confirmed to be real, but there were other photos taken of Meiwes' home that I think were also confirmed to be real. Those included the bathtub and bed where things took place, which to me would make sense that they were authentic (or damn good fakes) since they align with "Cannibal" (2006) fairly well.

Wasn’t there also a picture of Brandes naked on a bed? I thought I heard that was a picture he sent Meiwes before meeting, but it just looked so awkward to me.

That I'm not sure about. However, I'm sure there's people over on the MorbidReality subreddit who do.
