So, I have a backstory about this. Back in August of last year, Tough Enough was still airing, and my mom wanted to go to the live taping of it but not only that, she wanted to stalk the WWE Performance Center (this was before the shooting of that stupid idiot who wanted to be a wrestler showed up in front of the employees only side doing the Shawn Michaels pose,) Even though the Performance Center is EMPLOYEES ONLY, she wanted to go because she's a stalker. So, we did go, and it took a hell of a lot time taking the bus and walking there. It's in Florida, and seeing as it's Florida, we were sweaty as fuuuck. Regardless, we managed to go there, and we sat down in front of parking lot, and waited until we saw a wrestler... but we didn't see not one person besides David Bailey, who is the General Manager of the Performance Center, and a reeeeeeally nice guy who actually did something that I think was to get us off the property, but was awesome, He gave us free tickets to see the Tough Enough taping, and also one for the NXT taping (the last one before TakeOver: Brooklyn I) and so we went to Tough Enough. Everything aired in that taping (of course) and nothing didn't air. Next day or two (I don't know) we went to NXT, and not everything aired, however because they were dark matches. One of those dark matches is a match that confused the fans, like, 100%. It was a dark main event where Kevin Owens came out with the NXT title, despite losing it to Finn at Beast at the East, taking on Neville. Since we didn't know if it was a dark match or not, and since NXT usually doesn't air any segments (they are usually pre-taped and shown on TV) it confused the shit out of every single person, not to mention the finish was confusing enough.
(from wrestlinginc)
"Kevin Owens comes out with the NXT Title for a match against Neville. Neville wins by DQ. Finn Balor runs down to stop Owens from beating on Neville. Breeze then runs down to help Owens double team Finn. Neville comes back and teams with Balor to take out Breeze as Owens runs away with the title."
This could have led to a match at the next TakeOver or next NXT show, but then again had this match been an actual match, it could've spoiled who would win the match at Brooklyn. It was basically NXT trolling the fans. Anyway, footage of the match happening is not available online, though WWE probably has it (you'll never know) although there is this one photo that Michael Corcoran (aka The Brock Lesnar Guy, who always attends every WWE show, lol) uploaded to his twitter, and I have no idea how to find it because I'm lazy.
