Hello!
I am in search of two things, and I am having trouble on my own.
The first one is some sort of video on the Sears 100 year anniversary celebration. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Gs-nINBX-4). I am certain that it isn't a commercial, as it is way too long to be one (around 7 minutes). Also in the 1st second of this video, there is footage of some sort of convention occurring presumably about the celebration.
The second thing is the music featured in the video. I assume the name of the song is "We Are Sears." If this video exists with the music, there must be some sort of studio file that exists.
I have gathered quite few clues too. In the comment section of the video, a man named Tom Rossi said he had formed the choir in the music for the celebration. Also in the comment section, a man named
SimonSEZscott
comments that he has Linda Reed's (the up-loader) sweater (the red one used in the choir). If that is the case, then therefore Linda must have some sort of footage on this video. Also Linda Reed has recent activity on her YouTube account from the creation of a playlist. I just do not know how to get into contact with her. I have also emailed the Sears Archive to see if they have access to any video or audio. However, they said they did not.
This is where I am now. I have no where else to ask.
If possible, you could ask your grandparents if they remember anything about the celebration video because they lived during the era of the company.

UPDATE #1:
I have new information that I found that could help.
It seems that the 100th anniversary of Sears convention took place at the Palmer House in Chicago for three days. Maybe the Palmer House has some sort of archived footage of the whole ordeal.
