If anyone remembers the show World's Wildest Police Videos or shows in the format of X's Y'iest Z's, you'll remember the melodramatic tone, the over the top squealing sound effects, and host John Bunnell's snarky, aggressive commentary.
Much of the footage was provided specifically for the show from various police departments, so they don't exist in archival websites such as CONUS or Footage.net. The police reports and dashcam footage would have reached their retention period by now and been deleted from police records.
The only hopes I have for them still existing is with the producers of the show, such as the Stojanovich family. Paul Sr. died of an unfortunate fall from a cliff in 2003, which leaves me with his two sons, Paul Jr. and Chet.
I've sent Jr. a few messages about the tapes, courtesy of his production company website Blinktip, and contacted their emails and LinkedIn pages. I've called the archival website CONUS, who worked with the Stojanovich family on the show, to see if they could get in touch with them, but they said there was not a big demand for the tapes.
I've even considered looking up their phone numbers and calling them, though I remain reluctant, as I worry that this may be an invasion of their privacy.
I've wanted to see their videos in raw format to see them in a new perspective with the glitz, glamor, and spunk of the abridged chases. No tire sounds on the grass, no smart alecky narrator, and no out or order edits.
I became interested in old raw dashcam after seeing some videos from YouTuber Tnt1003.

Along with his channel of late 90s police specials.

If anyone has any idea how to obtain the tapes, if they still exist, and/or is interested in finding them with me, feel free to reply.
