This is a selection from the TEENS-AT-RISK set of videos which were made by Lucerne Media (this one being from 1998) which outside out of a few rogue documentaries left here or there, most of which require payment to view on 3rd party websites, I can't find anything else about these. The reason these caught my attention was that my Economics teacher in high school showed me one he had uploaded to his computer when the school got rid of the VHS players in my school. It's notable for the host Alex Jones (of info wars) and I just wanted to make sure at least this one got archived as the school wiped the system this past year after a data breach and the file for this got deleted, so as far as I know I have the only copy which I have uploaded to youtube for at least temporary archival.
The "TEENS-AT-RISK" series (according to the end credits on the PSA I have) covered many topics from Gambling to Credit Cards to "Herpes". Mainly the only thing I wanna know is if Alex Jones hosted all of these or if he was only there for just the one. Either way it is interested, as this film is not listed under his accredited work anywhere I could find. Any and all help is appreciated.
None of the other Lucernce Media documentaries that are available are other TEENS-AT-RISK things either, they seem to be all historical documentaries about things like the NAACP of the American South and Montezuma. (i.e. just your standard documentary factory garbage they shovel down your throats in the American education system.)
