I'll skip over the drama. In short the Mastermind of Mirage Pokemon special is unusual for being shown in English first. It's readily accessible dubbed on home video.
The Japanese version, on the other hand, was made available online for a brief time in October 2006. Have the full Japanese audio and video tracks (any subtitles or graphics/credits changes) been preserved?
