So guys, this is a long shot, but I just wanted to bring it up. Recently through discogs I stumbled across a band called Little Nemo. As soon as I heard the voice my first thought was omg that's the voice from The Most Mysterious Song On The Internet! Check it out:

That sounds similiar right? Now, a few things to note. Little Nemo is a French band not a German band. Also, according to Discogs they didn't release anything until 1986. HOWEVER, they DID form in 1983. Right around the time the mysterious song is said to be from. My theory is possibly the song is an early demo the band did around 1984. For radio, and it never got re-released. How it would have ended up on a German Station i don't know. But I did find a fb page for this band and sent them a message about this. Awaiting their reply. It's a long shot, but what do you guys think? Could this be the band?:0

I'd say to hit up the /r/TheMysteriousSong reddit page and see if anyone has heard of this one. I don't know if this claim in particular got dismissed though.

Here is what I think honestly, I think its a garage band riding the French "Cold Wave" if you look at music from Asylum Party, a band like Little Nemo it sounds a lot like "The most mysterious song on the internet here is an example

So the band who came up with TMMSOTE has to be a french band in my mind and the German radio station got a copy of a demo tape. At least that is my best guess. So people looking for the song should change their direction.
